Who runs this site

RG Marketing is a one person local search business operating in Canada. There is no office address published here on purpose. The working contact routes are WhatsApp, email and this website, and all three are listed in the footer of every page.

What this site collects

Two forms on this site ask for information, and nothing else on the site asks for any.

The email box on the home page

One field, your email address.

The free analysis form

Your business name, your website if you have one, the kind of service you sell, the area you work in, and your email address.

No payment details are collected anywhere on this site. No account is created. No password is asked for.

What happens to it

What you send is used to run the free analysis and to reply to you about it. It is not sold, and it is not passed to anyone else.

The free analysis form does not send anything by itself. It fills in an email or a WhatsApp message on your own device, addressed to us, and you send it. Nothing is stored on this site. If that ever changes to a form that submits directly, this section names the provider that receives it on the same day.

Having it removed

Email roham@rghiasi.com or message the WhatsApp number above and ask for your details to be deleted. You do not need to give a reason and you do not need to have been a client.

The numbers published on this site

Every figure on the case study pages comes from a client's own dated Google reporting or from a dated geo grid scan of their profile. The source, the keyword, the grid and the date are stated in the body copy beside each figure, and on most of those pages the scan itself is published as it came off the dashboard. Ranking figures always carry their scan. Account figures - Search Console clicks and impressions, Google Ads clicks and spend - carry the property or account they were read from and the window they cover instead, because those dashboards are the client's own and are not ours to publish.

Where a before and after pair was measured on grids that are not the same size, or off different ranking layers, the figures are published with that difference stated in the copy beside them, never presented as a like for like move. Serve Ninja and Mamba Drainage carry that note on their own pages. Always Best Moving publishes a single dated scan rather than a pair, and says so.

The before and after panel on the home page is an illustrative example. It carries no client's data and the business shown on it is not real. Real client scans live on the case study pages.

Results are not guaranteed

The case studies on this site are records of what happened for those businesses in those markets on those dates. They are not a prediction of what will happen for anyone else. Search rankings are set by Google and no one working on them controls the outcome.

The terms of an engagement

Nothing on this site is an offer or a contract. Scope, fees, billing and notice for any piece of work are agreed directly with you in writing before the work starts, and that agreement is what governs the engagement, not this page.

Other people's names and marks

Client names and logos appear here with those clients' knowledge and stay their property. Google, Google Maps and Google Search are Google's marks. This site is not affiliated with or endorsed by Google.
